Free Range Eggs from Westmoor House
We started selling eggs by accident when we were given the chance to buy 16 chickens in 2006 shortly after we moved on to our smallholding. Demand for the eggs soon outsripped supply and we brought in a few more hens to keep up. We had a chance to buy a small commercial unit and stocked it with 250 Lohmann hens from a rearer in Lincolshire.

Our next pork.Our next pork will be available from about mid-day on Saturday 5th May 2012. It isnt a big batch of pigs going off and we already have some orders so if you would like some it would be good to hear from you.

We are very proud of the quality of the pork we produce from outdoor bred and reared pedigree Gloucester Old Spot pigs.
On the 18th June 2010 the Gloucester Old Spot breed of pig was awarded Traditional Speciality Guarantee (TSG) status by the European Union. This status ensures specific qualities of the approved product and so far is applied to two or three dozen items produced in various parts of Europe. Examples would be Traditional Farm-Fresh Turkey's; Melton Mowbray pies·from the UK or·Mozzarella from Italy.
